As a white woman doing DEIB work, I strive to support and amplify the work of incredible colleagues who bring their own lived experiences of marginalization to their work. While I focus on gender and racial equity (with an emphasis on understanding and addressing white privilege), these consultants have distinct, complementary specialties.
Dr. Alexandria White offers keynote presentations and workshops around women’s leadership, centering Black women’s leadership, and Dr. Laura McGuire consults on sexual violence prevention and response as well as LGBT+ idenitites. I have learned a great deal from their work. I think you would, too.
