I facilitate gender equity workshops developed by Lean In, an international organization that helps women advance and organizations challenge bias. Thousands of organizations worldwide use Lean In’s evidence-based programs to address workplace bias and improve the workplace for women.
Lean In programs and materials are available at no cost online at leanin.org; however, if you would like an external facilitator to implement these trainings or help you launch your Circle, please get in touch with me. I would be happy to talk about what would work for your organization.
Lean In’s “Allyship at Work”
Lean In’s “50 Ways to Fight Bias”
Lean In Circles
The program includes a short overview of workplace biases. Then, it moves into small groups to discuss scenarios and evidence-based strategies for addressing biases at the individual and organizational levels. With 12 sets of scenarios curated for different audiences, the workshop can be tailored to the needs of your organization.
90 minutes to 2 hours
Allyship is an “active and consistent effort to use your privilege and power to support and advocate for people with less privilege. Lean In’s training program empowers employees to take meaningful action and build an inclusive workplace culture.”
This workshop can be particularly practical for leaders, managers, and colleagues at any level. We all play a role in changing our organization’s culture.
2- to 4-hour workshop
What makes Allyship at Work effective?
More than 50 specific, research-backed actions empower employees with the appropriate strategies to take.
Everyone – regardless of identity, role, or seniority – discovers ways they can practice meaningful allyship.
The program content is designed to address the inequities impacting traditionally marginalized groups.
Easy to implement in both large and small groups, the program comes with everything participants and moderators need. Because inclusion shouldn't depend on a company's budget.

Lean In Circles “combine a world-class leadership curriculum with the power of women coming together to learn new skills and support one another.” These groups meet regularly, often monthly, within workplaces or the community. I can help you launch one or more Circle groups for your organization.
